Worst Experience I have purchased their one year subscription model which is worth 499/- after completion of the payment the subscription details are not showing in the app it still shows that I have to subscribe and also shows that the developer doesn't acknowledged your previous payment. what's this nonsense even though there is not single support contact details in the app .

most of the movies not working and picture and sound qualities of old films even not that good. new movies doesn't work when we try to watch on tv same thing works on phone, why so? tv code even we don't get when we try to contact for help and why such system is done where we need tv code? it's frustrating. yday i had even sent a mail but no response. so basically customer care is even not good.

I had a very negative experience after I subscribed online thru web. The subscription details don't show up on my account. Neither their support responds to the emails either. It has been a week since I followed with all payment and order id details. The worst part is you don't have a support number showing up on the app to help. Zero ownership and accountability.
