My partner is the subscriber and I'm the second person on the account. I accidentally deleted the app so redownloaded, and when I went to log back in it said this would wipe all data. I backed out without logging in, but when my partner opened the app all previous data was gone - as far as we can tell, there's no way to get that two months of logged data back.

I used the Glow Baby app for over two years, diligently logging my child’s progress. Recently, after logging out and back in, all my data was gone. I reached out to support but they claimed I hadn’t agreed to a pop-up message I never received, which supposedly led to my data being wiped. How does this happen? This has been a devastating loss for me as a parent who trusted this app. Their explanation was unclear and unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. I don't recommend the app after this experience

Tried to move my account information to a new phone and lost years of data. All measurements, all feeds for years. Just gone. Don't trust this app with your data. After emailing and waiting months, I've still had no reply. If I could give this app minus stars I would.
