I have been using this app for years. Now I can't access my videos again, I have tried reinstalling the app, moving the hidden files to the new storage location nothing works. I have sent several emails with no reply. Please fix this issue ASAP and I can revert to a better rating. I can't access precious moments I captured anymore!

I am using this app since long like years but from last few days when i am trying to open the app it is giving me the error that "Please restart your Device for new version" however i have restarted my device several times too but its useless. sent emails to support as well, but no one is replying. All we trusted on this app and saved our precious moments and important videos. kindly solve this issue as soon as possible without losing our data so that 5 stars will be reverted back.

I am unable to play, unhide or delete my files in this app. I am receiving the message " Please check if there is sufficient permission to make changes on the selected folder" I checked the permissions on my phone and all permissions were granted. I believe this started after updating the app on the latest version. Waiting for a fix.
