Prior to the most recent update you were getting a free meal every for every 12 you bought. This seemed like a high, but fair number. Now, with the new update you have to spend $250 dollars just to get a free grill meal. This is nearly DOUBLE the previous rewards goal-- assuming one meal is apx $11. Love HuHot and will still use the app for the occasional free drink or whatever, but as somebody who isn't in the restaurant all the time, the rewards are going to take way too long to build.

You can't redeem rewards through the app. You can LOOK AT your rewards, but there's no option to actually redeem them and they won't redeem automatically through purchases. You also can't save grill meal creations, which sucks because there's like 15-20 different options you have to remember and select. You can reorder complete previous orders, but you can't dance individual items. There's literally no reason you shouldn't have these functionalities

App hasn't been able to place orders for going on half a year - more than enough time for the developers to know there's an issue and crank out a fix. As a programmer myself, I'm going to guess the app is abandoned. I'm open to a happy surprise, but I haven't eaten HuHot in just as long when I used to eat it quite a lot and I'm probably not alone. My local store is full of wonderful staff and it's definitely not their fault, but this app is losing the company business.
