New App is awful - loved the old app, simple and easy to use, never had any issues. This one is clunky, and important features don't work. Google pay fails randomly, and trying to pay with a stored credit card doesn't work, I just tap on "pay" over and over and nothing happens. It's literally impossible to pay for the items in my cart. Random error messages occur about API. It just sucks.

This app is terrible. Its been freezing up and not loading all morning. Even when it does work properly there are so many unnecessary steps and slow screens that's it takes so much time to order. This goes both for making new orders, and simply reordering something from my history. THBs old app was so much faster and easier to use that's it's the reason I get food for my family here at least once a week (usually more). If they don't fix this, I'm not going to be a THB customer anymore.

updating my review to take away a star- they still haven't made it easy to use the rewards! this app sucks. There NEEDS to be a way for customers to change/edit/cancel their order after the order is placed through the app. You should not have to call the store. 2. There needs to be a "review" screen before placing the order, which includes a breakdown of the price, tax, tip, and any credits applied. 3. There needs to be clearer rules, or conditions, for their promotions
