When placing a future order, it does not tell you on the app, receipt, or confirmation email when your pickup time is. Fortunately I set a reminder for myself! It's just bad design Also, app is pretty buggy. It's wiped out orders that I was attempting to place.

1. There NEEDS to be a way for customers to change/edit/cancel their order after the order is placed through the app. You should not have to call the store. 2. There needs to be a "review" screen before placing the order, which includes a breakdown of the price, tax, tip, and any credits applied. 3. There needs to be clearer rules, or conditions, for their promotions. Let people know what the stipulations are.

This app NEEDS to add the curbside capability like ordering on the website. If like to rack up points, but I'm lazy and don't want to get out of my car, so I usually just forego using this app... Unfortunate.
