Absolutely garbage app it keeps telling me I have no account when I do unfortunately I have reached out to customer service multiple times and no response

Is there any email address that works to contact about the login issues? I logged in changed my temp password then went to re log and said wrong password etc. tried forgot password only for it to say invalid email. Updated review score to reflect to my. issue being resolved. Here was my issue I had to login with my phone number as at some point my child care centre registered it that way. Soo if you're having issues with invalid email try your phone number but like this +1xxxyyyzzzz.

Constantly get booted off the app with an "account inactive" message. Reinstalling doesn't help. When it works the app is okay but this issue is quite frustrating.
