The customer service is horrible. I sure didn't need an ID to set up my account or pay the company but now I need it to change my email? I contacted customer service and year ago and they told me my email for the account had been chamged, no problem. Now, after several emails, another customer service rep has basically told me that she refuses to help me without sending a picture of my ID. This is all useless, mind you, because my ex husband refuses to pay to set up an account which was court ordered, but that's a different issue.
Really buggy, won't send messages, then says saving draft gets stuck and ends up sending several times. If you need your use this service, best to use the website.

This app is a mess. Full of glitches, cant send messages because they are stuck on "auto save", and it doesnt filter anything you say (this is what the lawyer said). Having to log in to send a text message (when my phone can do it twice as fast) and watching it fail repeatedly is a constant and nagging reminder of failed marriage. Fix this dumb ass app.
Fix it! Keeps freezing and sending only half the messages. Not user friendly.
New keeps cutting off iMessages in progress and making me log in again. I end up redoing messages multiple times and I'm not sure that they were sent. Very buggy.
