Awful app! It works maybe half the time! No support! When I first got the app, it worked. I paid the extra money. All was well. However, now my bank account is constantly getting unlinked, there's no notification about it, and I don't get payments on time. I've contacted support, and they basically told me that's the way it is. This app is completely frustrating. Do not bother paying the extra money!!

Very difficult to log in. I have to first be told my password is incorrect. Then go through several steps to send a forgot password. Only to receive an email that will not let me change my password but using the email link is the only way to bring up my saved password. I am unable to add any parenting time to the calendar because we don't follow any of the apps options. Week on week off is not listed. Also can't start visitation weeks on other days. The suggestions do not work. Useless!

app is amazing. I love that during calls it keeps track of who mutes the call. That it shows and explains missed call, failed call. I wish they would make it shown when the other party declines calls. would be extremely useful in court, as my son's mother declines my video and audio calls. lots of negative reviews. I been using app over 2years now, it's been getting better. you need to make sure to have internet service or good wifi for it to properly work. and allow all permissions.
