Private Notepad is a secure notepad app that allows you to create secret notes and reminders and to organize data in lists (to do list, checklist, shopping list). Store your photos in a private vault, backup your data to the secure cloud and sync it across your devices. Text and photos are securely encrypted. Create safe notes with this notepad!

this app was amazing. I've used it for years and had 1000s of notes, some of which were 10s of thousands of words long. every though or brief or story I had, I could use this app for. it was perfect. and then I opened it this morning and it has glitched and deleted everything. every single one of my notes, despite having cloud backup and being linked to my email. words cannot even describe all that I have lost.

I'm using the app for many years now, but it becomes IMPOSSIBLE. SO MANY ADS! Every time I close one note, it appears. And I have to wait, wait, wait... so hard to navigate at this point, especially in a hurry. Not only that, but it starts bugging, and when I write the text it appears on the screen only in 3-4 seconds. Mind you, that's not my phone - it's the app. Recommendation to others: go for a different app. This one doesn't even have any interesting features, just ADS

I used the app for years on the free version and it was fine. It has ads but they were not a big problem. Recently after an update i lost my notes due to some encryption error. I contacted support and they tried to help but they didn't manage to restore my notes. Luckily i didn't loose something important. Also to be fair to the app has a back up option. So either don't use it for important notes or use the back up option.
