One of the first usable, secure password managers So it is a freemium product, but worth its weight in gold. After a password compromise, I was left scrambling. With Dashlane, I finally have secure, separate passwords for all of my accounts. I will definitely be moving to a paid subscription. I used to like 1Password but this is better for ease-of-use in my opinion--even has auto fill on many Android apps!
Good at first. Then it's a nightmare. Premium version is ON POINT. Once it expires, get ready to reset strong random generated passwords. I can't access my passwords on any devices without having ALL my devices in front of me. Login info that you set on your PC? You have to manually input on ALL other devices, vice versa with smart phone to PC or tablet. I don't have access to my laptop any more so I manually have to reset all the passwords for ALL my online user accounts (in this day and age, isn't unusual to have 100 or more user logins =(
Review of Dashlane Password Manager Does a fairly good job of logging me in to most of my sites. I say most because sometimes I have to look up a password and type it in manually because it will fail to function occasionally. There are some bugs in it that need fixing, but it works fine most of the time.
Dashlane mobile generally works quite well, but it does have issues when I have the application Twilight running. Twilight overlays the screen to remove the blue light, but it seems to prevent fundamental things from working in Dashlane. I'm not sure if this is an issue of Dashlane, Twilight, or Android itself, but it would probably be a good idea for Dashlane to detect that screen overlays are on and warn that things won't work properly until they are disabled as I have seen other apps do.
Great for forgetful people like me I tend to forget my password and I ended up googling the best app for password management and this showed up. So far, I am satisfied with this app because it does what it suppose to do and now I only need to remember the master password since it already done the job for logging me into another site acc. Totally 5 stars for me
No stars would b a betr zcore Where have all my passwords disappeared to. Probably safer writing them down than storing them on this crap jus to lose them ALL
