Angsila City is a mobile application for communication in community in two reasons; (1) Communication As The Heart Of Social Life: In our daily interaction communication plays an important role in making interaction faster. It tends to make life easier for everyone including you. Communication is our only way to solve out any problem. As the world has developed, you also need to develop your skills in every sector. This is means without communication, you cannot even think about a part of development. (2) Communication Makes Room For A Healthy Organizational Relationship: Communication plays an effective role in any organizational setting in that it helps the employer understand the role and challenges of the employee, while on the other hand it assists the latter to recognize its one roles and responsibilities. For example, the employer has to know how the job is being executed by the employee. For that, the employer must have to communicate every sector in the foundation. If the job not being performed perfectly, an organization will be harmed. As a result, the organization may face difficulties in the long run.
