4. Microphone: Planner Pro needs this permission to record audio and directly add audio files to the note.

Ratings and reviews

Best Calendar, tasks and note taker out there. Believe me, I've tried them all. Everything you need in one app. You can't beat this for features and ease of use. The only downside I found is the lack of skins. You have a choice of light or dark. However, the standard skin is tasteful and stylish, and the app itself more than makes up for the lack of colour choice. I have other planner apps, but I always come back to this one.

I just got the app. I like it a lot! Easy to use, I like the week view and the focus tab. I always thought I had undiagnosed ADHD, planners really help. Only issue. I cannot sync the calendar between my iPad and android phone. The subscription shows but the events from my iPad do not show on my android phone. I can't figure out how to contact the developers to fix it. Otherwise its really good!

I like this planner. It has almost everything that I would like in a planner. I've been trying to get onto a digital planner for a long time and this is the first one that fits the bill. In addition to all the normal planning stuff I can insert pictures, sketches, and take notes and have appts. Entering the pictures and sketches are things that I couldn't enter before and kept me on a paper planner. It works efficiently with the camera and it's easy to add the pictures and stuff as a result.
