They'll bait you into enrolling in their 7-day trial, fail to sent you reminders to cancel your subscription before the 7-day trial ends, have their website very conveniently "not respond" when you try to cancel your 7-day trial subscription, and then charge you $144 CAD on the 8th day and refuse to refund it back to you. Absolute SCAM! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I had been using this app for over a year and really loved it. However since my annual renewal there has just been problem after problem. Payment made at my end and out of the blue, smallpdf cancelled my account. When I made enquiries this was denied however they said they hadn't received my payment, despite the fact the cash left my account. Tried to fix this twice, but response times way too slow, so have given up and gone to abode acrobat instead. Very disappointed 😞

Reliably kept freezing when trying to edit this 250kb .pdf (answer a formulary). Adding text is fine but when trying to tick a box question, it just hangs, then i get the "app is not responding" msg. Close and reopen, same. Cleared cache & data, same thing. Reinstalled, same thing. Will not associate itself when trying to open .pdfs sent over Messenger either. Unfortunate since i liked the app.
