How does the Find My Kids live location tracker app work?

The first time I looked at this app it seemed brilliant. So that when I needed it, I logged on and bought a subscription. It seems to do nothing you couldn't get for free on google maps apart from games . Things that seemed to be included you now need to pay for extra for. You even need a second full subscription for a second parent. None of this is made clear, I would prefer a refund but not can't find who to contact.

It worked well at first, but then the app kept on glitching. But then I paid for the annual subscription for the tracking location to unlock the features so that it doesn't glitch anymore, and I realised they were taking money from my account every month! That's 12 times the payment! I realised this after almost a year! This is unacceptable! Where did the "annual" payment go? I need a refund! Even the paid features didn't work! I had to pay extra to listen and use other features!

The app worked for a week and now is basically usless. If my kid is at a friend's house, it will show him as being home. The route is all over the place. It shows that my kid traveled by plane, not by car. The route goes through houses, crossing freeways... etc. Furthermore, it always says he is walking, and I know for a fact he is going by car. I went through all the settings listed in the troubleshooting with a "specialist" and couldn't fix it. Since it's unless, I will cancel the subscription
