I've had this app for about 6 months, and purchased the forever subscription. I highly recommend it, you can text with your child, see where they are on a very accurate map, send signal to find a lost phone, and check sounds around the child. I've never had any issues with it. I transfered it to my new phone and had a little difficulty logging in. I sent the tech support an email, and they updated my app with the current info within the hour. Excellent customer service, great app for parents.

The app is very helpful and useful. Most of the features do what they say they are supposed to do, but I lost my phone and had to download it on my new phone and I use the same email address for the last one I already have the subscription i already paid for on the last one,it says I have to subscribe again when I already paid, if you could fix that and give me a extra month of subscription for the trouble In going through .Ill change my rating to 5 stars.ur help n response will include too!plz

Update: go look at the responses to the critical reviews. Look how this dev responds to people, they do not want you to see anything bad about it. And there responses mock the complaints. It's sad It's awful unless you pay the subscription. It was amazing at first, but a few days later it got really restricted and the free location feature barely works at all. It takes every feature away from you and tosses subscription requests at you for everything. Just put ads in the app.
