I had an audio near 5 minutes They processed fine 3 of them after that 2 minutes of noise, they did it twice was charged as 5 minutes even if half was useless. Nobody addresses the issue and points are deducted. Do not install and less don't pay

hi I just had an error, please check my account. it failed to render, but still charged me over 40000 credits. I need those refunded asap. I made sure I had enough credits to cover it, but it said o didn't have enough credits. Please help. This just happened but theres no way to submit an error report in the app. I did submit it as feedback. I spent hard earned money on those credits. I need you to return them.

Rubbish. It freezes and if you restart it by reinstalling, the premium credits are gone All told, I lost 3000 character credits were gone for nothing in return. After posting, some credits were returned but not all, the same issued happened and again credits lost. It would be better if credits are taken only once a recording is recorded Seriously, you need to fix this because it is so frustrating. Again I've lost 3050, characters. I give up. Very poor, not value for money. Avoid.
