Very bad 😞😞😞😞 I bought the phone from them it came out bad. Then I sent it back again. Then they sent it bad. First their service was good, now it's not good, everything is bad.

Zero stars. This outfit appears to be a one man in a rented room operation with zero understanding of business practices or customer care. I bought a phone that was supposed to be dual sim but received one with the second sim disabled because it was American. Returned it and gave them a chance to replace as discussed. They could not. When cancelled, they deducted 15% of the price when refunded even though it was their fault. No office where Google map indicate. Reporting them to the DED in dubai
