We take pride in being a fresh brand. Many other concepts claim to make their products from scratch. We REALLY do. In fact, our commitment to serving made from scratch sandwiches is what sets us apart from the competition. Every morning across the country, our employees and managers mix, roll, and bake our bread from scratch. All our meats, cheeses, and veggies are sliced fresh each morning, even our sauces are made in store! From the ground up, we are a made from scratch brand! We want our guests to return again and again. Each meal is put together and each interaction with our guests occur with this in mind.
We want to exceed the guests’ expectations and keep them coming back and also telling their friends about Planet Sub.

So I love everything about this app except that you can't substitute cheese.. meaning if you want swiss instead of american you can only remove American and then pay for the cost of adding cheese when you add swiss. This sucks and makes customization impossible. Please fix this!! I love this place otherwise

I love Planet Sub, the rewards, and the convenience of ordering from the app and picking up sandwiches - but the app desperately needs to ability to make substitutions!

Pretty disappointing I can only use the rewards if I order through the app. I also can't earn any rewards if I order in store.
