The BODEN CHECK application, developed in cooperation with the State Association of Bavarian Building Guilds (LBB), supports companies in applying the Replacement Building Materials Ordinance (EBV), which will come into force on August 1, 2023, and the amended Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance (BBodSchV).

The app presents the new requirements for dealing with soil material in an understandable way and provides the information you are looking for quickly, situationally and practically through guided dialogues. Questions about installation in technical structures and soil-like applications are answered, as are questions about applications in which soil material does not have to be treated as waste within the meaning of the Circular Economy Act (KrWG), the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance (EBV) or the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance (BBodSchV). .

App highlights:
• Digital support: Record your piles digitally and use the integrated dialogue system to quickly clarify questions about use and recycling. The guided process asks the right questions and provides clearly understandable answers - of course taking into account the requirements of the EBV and BBodSchV.
• Documentation: Easily create and document all necessary documents, such as delivery notes and cover sheets according to EBV or notification according to BBodSchV, digitally. Sampling protocols, photos of piles or test reports can also be recorded as evidence.
• Knowledge: Use the extensive reference work that provides answers to frequently asked questions regarding EBV and BBodSchV. In addition, a glossary explains the most important terms in the regulations and regulations.
