Unplayable, pop up for advertising preferences constantly popping up even after confirming my choices.

I downloaded the game. I logged in using my Google account (just to save my game) Then I got an email verifying my 'purchase'. However, I didn't buy anything, all I did was log in with my Google account to save my progress, I don't know why I have gotten this email?!? Can someone explain it too me please?!?
