APASIBI is a word translator application, by working with inputting basic words and spok sentences which will later be translated in the form of video signals according to the words entered. The purpose of making the APASIBI application for mute or deaf students is hoped to be able to help mute people, the general public and also SLB teaching teachers especially those who do not understand sign language, so that with this application the information conveyed can be understood and understood and there are no more obstacles to communicate with the deaf
