Onstar as a company is horrible..they kept trying to charge me after I canceled service with them..a year later they charged me on a new card,which I don't understand how they got the card info.. Talked with 4 advisors and a supervisor named Camille.... I was told I'd get a refund in two days next advisor said a larger amount in 5 days then on the day I was supposed to get my refund I was told by 2 advisors and Camille there was nothing in the system that stated any of that...Horrible company
