Sheikh Al-Zein Muhammad Ahmed was born in July 1982 in a village located in Umm Rawaba Governorate, North Kordofan State in Sudan. His passion for the Qur’an began at a young age, when he joined Sheikh Dardiri in the Kursi area, which is only 12 kilometers from his hometown. His journey of knowledge finally sought him to obtain a bachelor's degree from Al-Azhar University (Egypt) in September 2009
