Who did your last UX and design update? in 2021-2024 the app was almost perfect, you ruined all user experience. all the buttons are 3-4 times smaller, the basket is now on top and 3 times smaller (like WHAT?) , and lots and lots of issues I can't even count. I feel like I am using 2011 app that never got updated.

The first order, maybe the last one, was awful, I have ordered as a guest, and I didn't see any data about my order, so I call to call center, then they told me that 2 of the items will be avaliable the next day, I accepted to get my order with one day delay, but the next day I have got the canceled order notification... it is realy exhausting... Not satisfied from the whole service.

The only minus for me is that if you open a notification, it disappears then. There are cases when my child opens a notification or I have not read it all and I accidentally lose it without knowing the content.
