The first order, maybe the last one, was awful, I have ordered as a guest, and I didn't see any data about my order, so I call to call center, then they told me that 2 of the items will be avaliable the next day, I accepted to get my order with one day delay, but the next day I have got the canceled order notification... it is realy exhausting... Not satisfied from the whole service.

The only minus for me is that if you open a notification, it disappears then. There are cases when my child opens a notification or I have not read it all and I accidentally lose it without knowing the content.

Just one more useless app. In the app your order has status "waiting " but the drug store workers say what your order declined. The are not interested to sell the goods online. Many time the drug stor workers had no idea what online order I mean, some of them don't know that app exists.
