This publication presents a minimal version of the future aggregator for apartment and other renovations – ARKA.

This version features two roles: customer and contractor.

Customer – a person who requires the services of a professional or a team of professionals to renovate apartments or other premises.
Customers can:
- register on the platform
- create a personal profile and fill it with content
- find contractors and communicate with them
- create ads/tasks for renovations depending on their needs. Examples: major apartment renovations, turnkey apartment renovations, kitchen or country house renovations, cosmetic apartment renovations, etc.

Contractor – an individual or group of professionals and renovation experts of any financial status. Those who fulfill orders and tasks assigned by customers and receive payment for them.
Contractors can:
- register on the platform
- create a profile. Fill it with information about themselves and any important information related to the renovation at their discretion. - Upload examples of completed work (portfolio)
- Find clients by responding to their ads

Important!
In this version, the platform does not charge any commissions for transactions between users. All contacts between participants occur directly.
You can also select your role in your personal profile by selecting the appropriate badge (contractor or client). This significantly simplifies finding the right participant.
