Ratings and reviews

Expensive fee's for being an unnecessary middle man. Could simply direct debit straight from the account linked to Ailo. There is no benefit for the renter. The real estate should be wearing the fee's if they want to use these apps to manage the payments.

Not a great system, you are unable to get to the help pages without logging in, and it will automatically close the verification screen when minimising it to get the code from your email or msg service. I would also recommend not using it to pay rent, as the processing timeframes for a direct debit payment exceeds the due date of the payment, even if the payment is made a couple of days in advance.

Hate it. Can't make automatic payments without paying a fee so I have to manually pay rent each week which increases the risk of missing a payment. This app only supports agents and landlords. I have pdf copies of all documents needed so this app is nothing but a waste of time and money.
