Feel happy 😊 On 22nd August 2025, I purchased a gold ring from Joyalukkas, Muscat (Lulu Mall branch). I was very pleased with the overall experience. The staff asked me to download the app to review my investment with them. however, after logging in, I do not see my account. the app did not work for the first 2 days. it is the third day, and my investment information is still nowhere to be seen. it is telling me to visit the branch again.
