Just having the app on my phone drains my battery considerably. Loading each screen takes almost a minute or more each time you nabigate to one, sonetimes your doctor does nit load, so you have to scroll through EVERY doctor in esse's system to find yours. I downloaded the "new" version of the app from 10/22 and all the oromised features like appointment acheduling and bill pay say to call the office for help. This app still needs a lot of work to be useful

Haven't been able to use the app for months. It keeps saying I need to update the app however I have uninstalled it in reinstalled it several times. The app doesn't work on my Galaxy S24 ultra.

Keeps telling me I have wrong credentials. I was just in it last night. This has been going on for a long time. I give up Going to uninstall
