Ratings and reviews

Technical team of Chandra Institute is worthless, not supporting after purchasing course, their behavior and tone has changed just vice versa. App is not working properly every time provide unsolved hopes, by these process feel irritated. If purchase course then think about many times and thru 2021 still suffering many students for app improvement.

the video quality is not good and it's not easy to watch when we have to skip some part. it stopped then when we had to close the app and restart the video which became pretty hard for us.

Teacher's are good but the technical team is worst they don't resolve any issue & hardly receives the call. Sometimes the class link did not show in the app & when u call the technical team they never resolve the issue & if u call them again they will treat u badly. They just gives other numbers to call on them to resolve the issue but ultimately they don't resolve the issue. So it's better to improve the technical team.
