This app has no customer service! This is a huge inconvenience to families that want to visit their loved ones! They have dropped 5 of my video visits with my son and have yet to put my data I had to buy back on my account! They tell you to submit a ticket but you never get your money back or no contact from the customer number they provide! I'm contacting Huntsville to see what I can do to report this system and get my money from the visits they dropped! This phone system is the worse ever!

New version of app sucks. It used to be great. The people are great but don't plan on getting points until hours later if you even get them. Would not count on it to be able to talk to your loved ones. So frustrating

This app is not working first it won't let me log in at all I undownload and re-download and now it says my email and password combo is wrong but I can log in on the online version. It doesn't make sense I give up.
