We were not able to start the session/borrow the equipment (basketball) on two different phones, although the app was showing that the session had started.

This is awesome! It is especially helpful when you don't have a basketball with you at the moment, really appreciate it!!

Generally very good app and very good concept. Just a few things: - One should be able to open the box during the whole rental period and not just once at the start and after pressing end reservation. If you e. g. accidentally close it at the beginning of the rental there is no way of reopening it apart from calling support. - It would be nice to be able to open the box a few minutes early if the equipment is free anyways. - The app should also show the time of upcoming reservations.
