That's how it works with KosherScan, an app that allows you to find kosher products, answered by your rabbi. No need to look up products online, browse long lists or ask your friends. Just scan the barcode on your grocery items, find already answered products and get a quick answer from your rabbi if the product wasn’t answered yet.

If a product is missing just ask your rabbi by taking a few pictures and entering product informations. It’s that easy!

life changing app for every religious jew. Suddenly, I don't have to remember and make lists of every kosher product I know. The app detects the product very fast and reliably. and the list of verified kosher products keeps growing every year. I highly encourage you to take some time of your day by submitting an unknown product that you're interested in, the rabbi usually answers really fast and it helps to make the app even better.

Excellent app. Kosher shopping in Germany is a breeze and so much more than we expected is kosher.

Great Idea! "Parve" declaration badge, similar to the "Milchig" badge would be awesome so that parve products can be declared as such. Also not sure about some products, as they were declared kosher but the photos didn't show the ingredients properly so I wonder how these declarations are made. Nonetheless this App has great potential and can make jewish life significantly easier in Europe!
