With time this product continues to become worse. The Bluetooth functionality worked in the beginning, but you needed to be within 10ft of your dog. Now that functionality is gone, as it will not connect to your pets collar at all. The product is no different than any other remote collar.

Just like mostly everyone here. The main reason I got this collar was to see the controls and battery life from my phone. As of right now, I'm not a fan. Hopefully, there's a way to fix it. It won't even load the control on my phone.

App is basically worthless, it shows paired collars but has 0 functions past that. Can't control the collar, change settings, or even see battery life.
