it was good at times but got some prompts wrong and then I thought about buying but not for $699.00 a week

it tells you a name and month and year of birth but when you type that info in to get more info it pulls up the same name but different birthday and year and give a report on the wrong person . I copied the first response info so I would not make a mistake but that didn't work. this is a poor service

I have several issues with the app. Firstly, the word limit is very restrictive. This is very frustrating. Secondly, the server is extremely unstable. While the app is very helpful when it works, it often stops functioning, hangs, and forces me to re-enter my text. In comparison, the FREE version of ChatGPT seems to perform better. Lastly, although my subscription ends on Aug 11th, the app has been refusing to open for weeks. Is this because I chose not to continue my subscription?
