Soooo many unnecessary permissions!!! It's a tens unit, the app only needs to use Bluetooth to control the intensity of the unit. It shouldn't need precise location, phone number, and push notifications to operate. Support says to just turn them off, but the app doesn't work unless you have these permissions on. So ridiculous!

Great device, weird purchase model. It's really strange that I have to throw away this electronic device after 10 uses. It's also strange that it requires an app to function, when all the app does is start it and increase/decrease the intensity. It's also odd that it requires my precise location in order to start a treatment. Not a big fan of any of those things. I think the actual device may mildly help with my migraines though.

Complete garbage. I am very disappointed. I spent $20 on a consult fee and $10 for a device that won't even connect to my smartphone. When I went to contact customer support, there was no phone number listed, just an email. My husband and I spent almost an hour trying to get the device to connect; restarting my phone, turning the Bluetooth off and back on, and restarting the app... all while I'm having a migraine.
