With Real Estate Maintenance, the technicians of your service party can easily see in one place what their schedule is for the day/week, what needs to be done on location and pass on photos or notes to all colleagues.
From the app, mechanics can easily see the address and contact details of his next order. But taking over that address every time takes far too much time. That is why we have created a button that immediately redirects you to the route on Google Maps. In this way, the technician does not have to take over addresses endlessly.
The tenant will automatically receive a message when the technician is on his way and the office staff can follow the location of the technician live.
