Bought 1 year sub and OMG! (onVidia Shield) This app is so bad, it's useless... No VOD, Click on the same "button" twice in a row and the app does completely different things. Their purchase system keeps telling you to buy the Premium version AFTER you've paid for it. Loading data takes FOREVAH! And it seems to have issues with VPNs (I use PIA). Then when streaming and attempting to change channels, that "locks up" and makes videos buffer... Won't renew and have basically written off the $13.00

First part not anyhow related to the app.. no VOD means that your provider does not have it or you configured incorrectly - you need to ask your provider for all content questions. Same applies to buffering. As of the premium, probably you purchased on one account, but logged in via a different one. Contact support in case of app related issues.

some of the channels have no EPG teleguide including cartoon network so please put an EPG teleguide for cartoon network

Very good customer service. Very quick reply in to a query related to the reason why the app was not working in Premium mode despite having paid. Followed the instruction and sorted the problem immediately. The app is not 100% user friendly and require a bit of effort navigating through the different menus. Mainly while selecting the "Categories" and the "Channels" to be shown in the Menu. Once understood is quite simple to use.
