SCAM!!!!! Absolute garbage! I bought the audio guide for Stonehenge from a website weeks in advance. After waiting and waiting, still no code by email. The QR code goes to a advertising site. I emailed "support". Zero reply. In desperation I find the app on playstore, download it and pay AGAIN for the audio guide. Now I could download the audio, but only on wifi. After download, the app crashed. Download again. Same result. When I got to Stonehenge, guess what... they have their own FREE audio

They didn't email me a unique code for the audio tour that I have paid for, so I can't access it in the app. I only got a booking confirmation that came from Musement, nothing directly from Vidi Guides. They haven't responded to my urgent email. NEGATIVE STARS. Is this a scam?? I will have to request a refund from my credit card company if they don't fix it ASAP.

Initially ok, laterly absolute pants. Downloaded an initial tour which worked OK with an occasional blipin terms ofocation and segment of tour but since, an absolute disaster. Paid £5 for the tour and £5 for the additional tour which despite paying for 7 hours ago is still waiting to appear in my purchases. Constantly logging me out, constantly failing to load. Don't touch this app with a bargepole. Leaving Cambridge tomorrow so all irrelevant then. Annoying as hell
