I downloaded the app because I have an ebook for my college class that I need to access. A few things: The site is split between Spanish and English. Even when translated to English, there are still parts that are just in Spanish. I tried to sign in/register, however it wouldnt give me the option to find my college,(which is in the U.S) because the ONLY options are in/around Argentina. Problem is, it's a required step to sign in, and I can't get past it. All in all, not an effective app.

So far this has been very confusing. I ordered my college textbook digitally from them and recieved it. However it doesnt show up in the app and signing up for the website and the app were two different things. The sign up for the app seemed as if it was for a children's app and yet the website said I could use it for my book. It also doesn't include all countries when asking for demographics when signing up. Just very confusing.

This entire platform is trash and a scam. Nothing about it functions as it should and I think less of my instructor for using it. There are constant technical problems, the ebook doesn't work in any browser that is not a laptop or desktop chrome.l and when you can get it to open then it is unreadable. This is far less convenient than an actual book. This os a scam.
