Create a shortcut to it on your home screen launcher and view the image immediately!

Unlike widgets, shortcuts can be grouped together into folders to save home screen space.

# Frequently Asked Questions
- If I delete the image after creating a shortcut, what happens?
A local copy of the image is kept so the shortcut always keeps working.

- If I delete the shortcut, what happens to the local copy of the image?
Unfortunately the launcher does not inform any app when shortcuts are deleted. Whenever the apps runs or the device starts, ImageShortcut checks which shortcuts have been removed and then removes the corresponding images.

It's free! No subscriptions, no in app purchases and no advertising. Donations are optional.

worked perfectly for several days then needs to be deleted and a new shortcut made. S25 latest update

Works perfect as thumbnails to images or videos, taking you directly to your media app for viewing! I love this app! I use it in my Toshiba tablet for shortcuts to videos I show in the frequently, and I use it on my Motorola RAZR for icons of my favorite pictures mixed into my home screen to customize the look as well as add utility.

Sadly this didn't work for videos on nexus 5. Just get told it can't crop image and doesn't take a thumb nail, then nothing happens. Sad face as really want it too
