The myPayLife app offers all the functions of myPayLife - all you need to log in is a 5-digit app code or the fingerprint or face recognition function of your mobile device. myPayLife users can look forward to maximum convenience and rapid mobile access to online services.

functions
The myPayLife app offers all the functions of the service portal http://my.paylife.at and also offers the following services:
- 3D Secure registration
- Draw jobs securely with your app code. You can choose the 5-digit code freely and sign all orders and changes with it.

Other functions of the myPayLife app:
- Online billing for credit cards
- Overview of all sales with query function
- myPayLife mailbox message
- Change of personal data

and of course "myControl" - the control center for the functions of your card:
- 3D Secure management
- Temporary card lock
- Permanent card blocking in case of loss or theft
- Ticket order
- PIN code display
- Activate or deactivate GeoControl
- Activate or deactivate online payments
- Activate or deactivate cash withdrawal
- Activate or deactivate info SMS
- Enable or disable exchange rate information

Self-selected app code
You log in using a 5-digit app code that you choose yourself. This app code is assigned directly in the app and then managed in myPayLife.

For security reasons, the app does not work on rooted devices.
You need a PayLife card to use this app.

Ratings and reviews

Customer service is a complete joke. This app is horrible would not recommend. Can't change my phone for the card after repeatedly trying. Now have to download and print a pdf? After waiting on the phone and with a rep? These people and this app are incompetent. Very unhelpful. Would rate ZERO stars if possible.

Most complicated and expensive card. App takes ages to log in and isn't very useful. Worst, if you lose your phone abroad, you can't do anything because you need your "customer number" that's not on the card or your Cel phone to receive it (SMS, like 2005).

One of the most stupid apps ever used! For fingerprint login is like a lottery: sometimes you're lucky and goes on after 4-5 attempts, some other cases (like now!) you simply give up after few minutes. As (many) other apps work this way, I wonder why it is not possible to fix this problem! Too bad I can't give zero stars!
