I really like Atmos in general, I appreciate what they're trying to do, but the user experience on mobile has been buggy ever since I started banking with them. I've had a debit card be completely deactivated without my knowledge, I'm pretty accustomed to login credential issues and general sluggishness, and today I cannot even view my own account details without getting forcibly locked out Hoping the best for them moving forward, I'm not looking to move on just yet but something needs to change

I personally really like the idea of ensuring my money is used to enhance the outlook on our future. Overall, this particular app is easy to use and functions in a parallel fashion to other banking apps I have used. In addition, with any issues or questions we have had, the ATMOS Team has been quick to respond! My spouse and I are also very much looking forward to having a joint account, which appears to be rare with financial institutions in this category.

I love what y'all are doing! I have used Atmos for a while now, the app is easy to use, pretty, and decently feature rich. The customer service has been pretty good as well, I usually get responses within a business day or so. I was apprehensive about going with an online-only bank, but I haven't had any issues, especially since I have free access to a lot of ATMs when I need to withdraw cash. I hope Atmos does well.
