Smart AAC is an upgraded version of Smart AAC, an app for Android that outputs voice by inputting a picture or text as a communication aid device application developed with the support and talent donation of Samsung Electronics employees in 2015.
Smart AAC can use existing picture type (tablet, mobile), character type (tablet, mobile), and symbol making apps in one integrated app.
Key features of Smart AAC
-Application selection according to user function.
-Integrates various AAC and necessary functions into one application.
-Diversified input methods of screen touch (direct input) and indirect input (cell movement, scanning).
-The data of the usage account is synchronized to the server in real time, so it can be used in the same configuration even when using various devices.
※ You cannot use the existing Smart AAC ID. You must sign up for the app. You can sign up with the same ID as your existing app.
-In the case of a picture type, it provides an optimized symbol configuration for the user's terminal resolution.
-Various screen divisions and configurations: Personalized settings by selecting screen divisions and symbol configurations according to cognition, language, and exercise functions
-Symbol (figure): The high-frequency vocabulary collected by reference to the National Institute of Korean Language and AAC-related academic research was classified and installed according to the situation and semantic category, but can be freely added and edited according to the user's preference.
-Favorites (picture type): Quickly and easily communicate by collecting symbols frequently used in conversation
-Barge-in (common): function for active conversation initiation
-Accessibility: In addition to the touch method, you can use the cell movement or scanning function to improve the input speed of those who are difficult to touch.
-Basic voice use of devices such as Google TTS or Samsung TTS
※ Note
-It can be used normally in the internet connection of the device used, and the function to use offline is being updated.
-Android scanning function is available and the app-specific scanning function is being updated.
