Terrible app and communication Allows jobs to be locked from cancelling even though the job hasn't been commenced. Takes your money and doesn't respond. Cleaners however did arrive as organised and did a great job, so there's that!

Don't use this app or service. The app itself hung multiple times when I was trying to make a booking. I have up on the app and I emailed the service instead the same day about dates I was seeking two weeks in the future and they claimed I had made a booking for the following day. They claimed also they had sent a cleaner the following day when I was home all day working. Terrible app and poor service.

Booked a bond clean and have been completely ghosted. Now left unsure if anyone is actually coming to clean my house. I'm pregnant and can't do heavy cleaning work which I now probably will have to because of you guys. Tried calling and emailing so many times I've lost count just to be ignored and my deposit money stolen.
