This app is no longer the same one we all loved and preferred over others. It has gone downhill completely. The delivery time is never accurate anymore. What you see before ordering is meaningless. There’s always some hidden extra delay that you can only see after you place the order, and sometimes it’s more than an extra hour added without any warning or proper notification. It feels dishonest and frustrating because you can’t plan your meals or trust the service at all.

One sentence: Terrible app! The app does not represent the progress of the food ordering, preparing and delivering process, you see the delivery guy really close to you but he arrives 15 minutes later. The food is always cold, no exceptions. Terrible support, you call them and they are clueless on what's going on with the order or how to help you, if you are lucky enough to get them to pick up the phone.
