Ratings and reviews

The app works smoothly, but the UI could be much better. I suggest adding a login page at the start, followed by a simpler layout for the main features. Instead of multiple separate tabs on a large screen, consider placing small tabs at the bottom for easier navigation.On the home page,after login, display the card’s last 4 digits and the account number, with an option to tap for more details or check the balance. This will make the app more intuitive and user-friendly. make it easier.Keep up.

It was better before the update, but after updating the app it has become slow as hell! I can’t even log into it. It’s really frustrating. Please optimize it properly and release a new update as soon as possible.

This has to be one of most inconsistent, unstable banking apps out there. I wanna use it for convenience, yet it ends up being such a huge pain to just do some basic transaction. Heck, opening the app is such a pain. The OTP takes forever to receive. Just fix the damn app, UCB.
