Not sure what happened to the app recently but can't log into user card zone anymore and can no longer see my favourite stations or search for stations. It's just a map with no station info. Better then to use Google Maps to at least see where the nearest station is... and hope for the best that there's a bike! Followed the instructions below and had contact by email to share screenshots, but no solution and still paying a subscription with an unusable app :-(

Beste Jennifer, het probleem wordt onderzocht. Er komt spoedig een nieuwe versie van de app aan. Hopelijk lost dit het probleem voor jou op. Het Velo-team.

CAREFULL!! I'm writing this after 5 years of use. when your bike doesn't register when you place it back, you get no notifcation of anykind until you already have to pay. This app is completely useless to help since it only gives you a notification when you place it back. This can help as a confirmation if you remember that you 'are the one responsible for registering the return'. But if you are a little bit forgetfull, in a hurry, in the rain or you know : just a human being, the app stays completely silent even though 'you are renting the bike for 10 hours straight'. All you get is an email, but then you are already due 10's of €. Use responsibly, use carefully, you are a piggybank.

Great app to a great service available in Antwerp. An easy mode of transportation in the city: lots of stations with sturdy and good bikes. Easy to use and the city has a lot of bike friendly roads. Loved it and gonna come back for it!
