Travel smoothly through Antwerp: Everywhere in the city there is a shared bike waiting for you!

Use Velo for a day (€5), a week (€12), or take an annual subscription (€58).
All your 30-minute rides are included.
After each ride, return a bike to one of the more than 300 Velo stations in Antwerp. After 5 minutes, you can borrow a bike again at any Velo station.

Wow, I feel like 5 stars doesn't even do Velo justice!! I wish I knew about it sooner. The system works so smooth, acurate and easy. I was able to travel all over Antwerp, without needing to worry about looking after the bike because I could just put it back at any nearby station. Need to go to the next destinantion? Boom, just walk 100m MAX and there was another station. All located on the most convienent spots ;) Wish Venlo was all over fhe world!!!

App does not allow to use one account on multiple devices, which if it did is very handy as me and my partner use it when needed and if i try to use it on my device he is unable to use it on his device the next time he needs it. Please enable the app to use the same account on multiple devices for those people who can not purchase multiple cards or give two cards to couple who need them.

Not sure what happened to the app recently but can't log into user card zone anymore and can no longer see my favourite stations or search for stations. It's just a map with no station info. Better then to use Google Maps to at least see where the nearest station is... and hope for the best that there's a bike! Followed the instructions below and had contact by email to share screenshots, but no solution and still paying a subscription with an unusable app :-(
