Unfortunately keep getting prompted due to a custom android keyboard with: > A different keyboard app is currently being used. < I'm using the unexpected keyboard and keep having to switch to swiftkey keyboard just to load the app 🥲 BoV also leaks your private details by email to anyone who pays a cent to your registered mobile phone, which is a breach of privacy. It's a tolerable disaster level service due to limited market choice.

Very buggy and payments take 2 days to show. After switching from apps it locks you out for 5 minutes. Makes no sense whatsoever. It would be hard to make it worse.

The mobile app stopped working suddenly, no proper response from the customer care team. when tried to click on login it's diverting into web page login & keep repeating
