Limited functionality and crashes. To name a few, (1) to inform current hydrometer number, there's no info that tue manual submissiob must be done at least 4 days before usual monthly reading visit day, (2) information about confirmation emails being sent are very unclear (whem we set a bill to digital/email), amd (3) when reporting water leaks in public streets, the app crashes while attaching photos of the leak.

Os servidores do aplicativo estão quase sempre offline, ou com algum problema, tornando o mesmo inútil. As consultas sempre retornam erro.

Lamentável ! App está sempre fora do ar , daí fui para web fazer o acesso e percebi que o sistema também está fora do ar . Descaso com o usuário . Se for para o atendimento presencial , nem se fala . Parece uma reunião de família , os funcionários batendo papo enqunto a recepção está lotada . Então , quando o app era para agilizar nosso atendimento . Perecemos que é melhor nem tentar . Por que não funciona .
