IMPORTANT: To use the APP, the condominium must be an iPort Portaria customer.

The iPort application is a solution for condominiums that seek to optimize security, communication and internal processes.

The tool is integrated with the access control system of the condominium.

You can receive several alerts and messages:

- A new visitor has been registered to access your unit.

- The battery in your remote control is low.

- An order has arrived for you.

- Plate rotation alert (SP)

- Messages from the liquidator, caretaker and porter.

It is also possible to carry out consultations and registrations.

- Input and output query. Ex: Know what time your child arrived from school.

- Visitor and visit reports

- Internal occurrence reports
