Já é a segunda vez que tento uma conversa pelo atendimento e do nada, o aplicativo fecha e eu perco toda a conversa que estava tendo com a pessoa. Fica impossível, quase tudo tem que fazer pelo atendimento via chat e o chat nao funciona.

Se tiver algum problema, pode esquecer o famoso "atendimento de humanos". O app não te direciona pra nenhum. Seu boleto não foi enviado? Esquece, não vai conseguir pagar. Mais um exemplo de empresa que tenta se vender como digital, mas não tem a menor estrutura ou entendimento de como fazer.

Esse chat pra fazer a simulação é péssimo, um simples formulário tornaria o processo mais fácil e mais rápido. Quem teve essa ideia "brilhante" não entende nada de usabilidade. A parte de simulação no Mycotas é melhor...
